LAYERED BEAN DIP 
1 (10 oz.) can refried beans
1 large avocado, cut up
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated Jack cheese or Colby
1 c. sliced black olives
1 c. salsa
tortilla chips

In a small bowl, add enough salsa to refried beans so it can be easily spread on serving platter. Set mixture aside.

Place avocado and lemon juice in blender or food processor bowl. Cover and process until smooth. Spread bean mixture on a large serving platter about 1/4-inch thick. Spread sour cream evenly over bean dip. Then layer avocado mixture and salsa. Top with cheese and olives.
