CREOLE FILLETS | |
1 lb. can tomatoes, pureed in blender 1 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 3 bay leaves 1 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of cayenne 1 3/4 lb. fish fillets Cook onion, green pepper, garlic and bay eaves in tomatoes. Simmer about 30 minutes until thickened. Place fillets in baking dish. Cover with sauce and bake about 30 minutes or until tender. Serves 4. 10-cal main dish. |
