CREOLE TUNA 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 sm. tomato, peeled and cut in eighths
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish

Melt butter in saucepan. Add green pepper and tomato. Cook 5 minutes. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and stir until smooth. Season. Add flaked tuna and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve on toast or rice. Serves 6.
