2 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Sprinkle meat, mushrooms, onions, salt, cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Let stand 3 minutes before cutting. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
