DAY BEFORE EGG SOUFFLE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 slices bread
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1/2 can milk

Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan. Cube 8 slices bread. Mix to coat. Serves 8.
