EGG SOUFFLE 
4 slices bread, all ready buttered
4 to 6 slices bacon or ham, cooked and cubed
4 slices cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Place 4 slices of bread, butter side down, in baking dish. Spread bacon or ham over bread. Place cheese over meat. Stir eggs and milk together and pour over everything. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
