SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. bulk sausage, mild or hot
1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp. paprika
3 c. Bisquick
Cayenne pepper to taste

Have sausage and cheese at room temperature. Combine and mix well. Add paprika, cayenne, biscuit mix and mix well. Roll into small balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until lightly browned. (DO NOT OVER COOK.) May be baked and frozen. (Please use lean sausage.)
