HAM AND CHEESE ROLLS 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. or more black olives, chopped
2 pkg. Kraft Swiss cheese
2 pkg. sliced ham

Mix the first 3 ingredients thoroughly until mixture is as smooth as possible. Add black olives and mix. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on slice of ham and spread with cheese mixture. Roll jelly roll fashion and wrap each small roll in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably longer.) When ready to serve, slice in approximately 1/2 inch widths. May be served on crackers or party rye bread or not. May also be frozen, and then allowed to thaw in refrigeration.
