SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed (individual pkg.)
1 pt. all purpose cream
1 (11 oz.) can lobster meat (shrimp or lagastenos may be used)
1/4 c. butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients but reserve enough cracker crumbs for top. Bake in greased casserole uncovered at 350 degrees for 3/4 of an hour. Serve with rice.
