CRAB PUFFS 
3/4 c. shredded crab meat
1/4 c. shredded cheddar
1 minced green onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard & Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt & pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Mix first 5 ingredients. In saucepan, bring butter and water to boil. Remove. Add flour and form into ball. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat each until all mixed. Carefully fold crab mixture. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
