APPLE CRANBERRY CRISP 
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups apples, sliced (peeled or unpeeled)
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup rolled oats (quick cooking)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins (washed and drained)

Combine cranberries, apples and 2/3 cups sugar in 2-quart casserole dish. Combine butter, oats, flour, 1/2 cup sugar and raisins. Spread over fruit. Bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes.

Makes 10 servings.
