HAM SOUFFLE | |
16 slices white bread 4 c. ham 16 oz. Swiss cheese 16 oz. Cheddar cheese 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 c. butter, melted Trim bread and cut in halves. Grease 9x13 pan and layer bread to cover pan. Then layer 2 cups ham, 8 ounce Swiss, 8 ounce Cheddar. Repeat layers above. Refrigerate overnight. |
