WATERGATE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 pistachio pudding mix
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. club soda
Pistachio frosting
Pecan halves
Additional chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Turn out on wire rack to cool. Frost with pistachio frosting and garnish with pecans.

Pistachio frosting:

2 envelopes whipped topping
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. pistachio pudding

Combine whipped topping mix and milk. Beat on high speed. Add pudding mix and beat until fluffy.
