EASY SEAFOOD DIP 
8 oz. carton sour cream
8 oz. chopped imitation crabmeat or shrimp (sm. can baby shrimp)
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, chill. Serve with vegetables for dipping.

Makes about 3 cups.
