SNOW - BALL CAKE 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. granulated sugar
Juice of lemon
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
3 env. Dream Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
1 box shredded coconut
Maraschino cherries

Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple (including juice). Chill until partially firm.

Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip according to directions; fold into gelatin mixture. Line 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with foil or waxed paper. Cut or break angel food cake into small pieces; arrange alternate layers of cake and gelatin mixture in pan until all has been used. Chill overnight. Next morning prepare remaining package of Dream Whip, spread over top of cake, sprinkle coconut and garnish with cherries. Refrigerate until ready to use.
