SNO-BALL CAKE 
2 tbsp. Knox gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. strained pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkgs. Dream Whip, prepared
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/8 tsp. salt
1 angel food cake, crumpled
Coconut

Combine Knox gelatin, cold water, boiling water, sugar, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, lemon juice and salt into medium mixing bowl. Let mixture "soft set" and fold in Dream Whip. Line large flat Pyrex dish with Saran Wrap. Alternate pieces of angel food cake with gelatin mixture in layers in dish until both are completely used. Let cake stand overnight. Frost cake with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut before serving.
