HONEY-WHEAT BREAD 
4 1/2 c. 110 degree water
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. salt (optional)
5 c. whole wheat flour
5-6 c. white flour

Blend first four ingredients. Then add flour, a cup at a time. Grease bowl and put in a warm oven to rise. Punch down and let raise again. Divide and place into four bread pans, let rise again in oven. When ready, turn oven to 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then turn oven back to 350 degrees for another 30 minutes, or until brown.
