QUICK CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dairy sour cream (light)

CINNAMON MIXTURE (set aside) :
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. sugar

Bake 350 degrees, 35 minutes.

Mix cinnamon mixture and set aside.

Cream butter, eggs and 1 cup sugar; add vanilla and lemon juice.

Mix remaining dry ingredients. Add alternately to the creamed mixture--the dry ingredients and the sour cream--mixing after each addition. Spread half of the cake mixture in 9 inch square pan; sprinkle with 2/3rd's cinnamon mixture; then add rest of cake mixture, and top with remaining sugar mixture.
