VELVEETA FUDGE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. Hershey's cocoa (baking)
3 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor

Melt cheese and butter together in top of double boiler, sift sugar and cocoa together until mixed well and no lumps remain. Mix sugar mixture into melted cheese and butter. Blend thoroughly with wooden spoon or clean hands. Add nuts and vanilla.

Mix well. Press into lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Allow to firm. Cut into squares. Fudge can be frozen. Makes 7 pounds of delicious fudge.
