HONEY GINGERED P0RK TENDERLOINS 
2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb.)
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. minced ginger root
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. soy sauce

Place tenderloins in a large baking dish. Combine honey and the next 8 ingredients, stirring well; pour over tenderloins. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, stirring constantly. Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill tenderloins over medium hot coals 25 to 35 minutes, turning often and basting with reserved marinade. Slice thinly and serve. Serves 6.
