HONEY GINGERED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken parts or breasts
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. chili sauce or catsup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger

In a shallow baking pan arrange chicken. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over chicken. If time allows, let marinate up to 1 hour. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees (30 minutes if using boneless breasts). Baste occasionally.

Microwave instructions: Place chicken in baking dish with thickest parts to outside edge. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high (100) 10 minutes. Rotate dish, baste with sauce. Cover and cook 7-11 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
