SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter, add sugar, add eggs, one at a time. Mix well, and add sour cream and dry ingredients with lemon extract. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Use bundt or large loaf pan. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
