TWO-IN-ONE DRESSING: PARMESAN
VINAIGRETTE
 
3/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon each basil and oregano
1 tablespoon sour cream

Whisk garlic vinegar, broth, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl to mix, then whisk in oil until blended. Pour 1 cup into a blender. Pour remaining ingredients into bottle.

Add cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream to blender and process until blended. Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.

Cover and refrigerate. Shake before using.
