CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12 vanilla wafers
Blueberry pie filling

Beat cream cheese with mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Stir in vanilla. Place a vanilla wafer in cupcake papers in a muffin pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers, filling almost full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Leave in muffin pan and refrigerate overnight. Top with blueberry filling.
