CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 vanilla wafers
Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until soft and creamy. Gradually add sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla. Place a vanilla wafer in each paper lined muffin cup. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafer - filling cups full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Leave in muffin pans. Refrigerate overnight. To serve top with small amount of pie filling.
