CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling
Vanilla wafers

Beat until smooth and creamy. Place vanilla wafer in paper lined muffin tins. Fill about 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until filling is set and edges are tan, 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to burn cookie. Place 2 or 3 cherries on each and refrigerate. Makes 3 dozen.
