KATHY'S GREAT SALAD 
2 heads romaine lettuce
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
small pkg. slivered toasted almonds
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing:

3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Make dressing in advance and chill. (Mix oil, lime juice, garlic, pepper and salt.)

Assemble Right Before Eating: Tear clean dry lettuce in a large bowl. Add cheeses, almonds and bacon. Toss gently and pour chilled dressing on top. Toss again.
