SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. link sausage, cut in sm. chunks
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 (9 oz.) jar cherries

Combine and cook for 5 minutes the brown sugar, salt, cornstarch, vinegar, pineapple juice and water. Brown small chunks of link sausage. Combine all ingredients together and cook until bell pepper is limp, about 15 minutes. Eat with toothpicks.
