SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. breakfast sausage (pkg.) cooked and cut up
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
2 green peppers, chunks
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice or white vinegar
Salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Drain pineapple juice and add water to make 1 cup. Pour 1/2 into pan and simmer with vinegar or lemon juice. Add cornstarch to other half of liquid mixture and pour into pan. Add salt and brown sugar and simmer until thickens. Add pineapple, sausage, peppers and drained cherries. Serve in chafing dish.
