SWEET AND SOUR SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. bulk sausage or sausage links
1 1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Shape sausage in small balls. Fry at medium heat until golden and drain well on paper towels. Pour off grease. Return sausage to skillet and add all ingredients except pineapple. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Just before serving, add pineapple and put in chafing dish.
