REUBEN ROLL 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. caraway rye bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. creamy Russian dressing
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (14 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine meat, crumbs, egg, onion and seasonings. Work mixture with hands until blended. On a sheet of waxed paper shape into a 10 x 14 inch rectangle.

Sprinkle with sauerkraut and cheese leaving a 1 inch border all around starting with narrow end and roll mixture jelly roll fashion, using waxed paper as a guide. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6
