CRAWFISH SALAD OR COCKTAIL 
Mix together: 1 lg. onion, chopped fine Bell pepper, chopped (to taste) Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning 1 peeled lemon, chopped fine

Cover with waxpaper. Microwave 3 minutes on high. Cool and refrigerate.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. horseradish
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. French's mustard (or ketchup)
Garlic, chopped fine (to taste)

Place in blender and process until mixed well. Serve as cocktail with sauce or as salad on lettuce with sauce on the side.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
