SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1 med. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. steak sauce (any brand)
Hot buttered rice

Lightly combine first 5 ingredients. Partially brown meatballs in butter. Add green pepper and onion, saute until vegetables are tender. Stir in pineapple juice and steak sauce. Cover, simmer 15-20 minutes. Thicken sauce with cornstarch. Serve over hot rice. (Serves 4)
