MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef (5 lbs.)
1 egg (5)
1 c. bread crumbs (5 c.)
2 tbsp. milk (10 tbsp.)
3/4 tsp. salt (3 3/4 tsp.)
1/4 tsp. pepper (1 1/4 tsp.)

Five times recipe (124 balls) ingredients are in parenthesis.

Combine egg(s), bread crumbs, milk and seasonings. Add ground beef. Make into meatballs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until brown, 25 to 27 minutes. Add meatballs to sauce below.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 c. packed brown sugar (5 c.)
2 tbsp. cornstarch (10 tbsp.)
1/3 c. vinegar (1 2/3 c.)
1 can pineapple tidbits (5 cans)
1/2 c. green peppers (2 1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. soy sauce (10 tbsp.)
1/4 tsp. salt (1 1/4 tsp.)
1/2 c. cold water (2 1/2 c.)

Cook peppers until tender in water. Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Add water to make 1 1/2 (7 1/2) cups; add salt. In saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and liquid. Cook until thick and bubbly.
