REESES PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES 
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Sugar
30 (approximately) Reese's peanut butter cup miniatures

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, shortening, 1/3 cup sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to cream mixture, blending well. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls; roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place peanut butter cup on top of each cookie, pressing down so that cookie cracks around edges. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet on wire rack.
