FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles
1 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

About 25 minutes before serving, boil noodles in 6 quart saucepan. Drain noodles, return to pan over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss well. (This will thicken if it sits for a few minutes.)
