MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
4 c. sliced zucchini
2 c. sliced yellow squash
1 1/2 c. cauliflower
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. broccoli pieces
1 c. sliced purple onion
1 c. cherry tomatoes

DRESSING:

1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. dehydrated onions
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. minced garlic, dehydrated
1/2 tsp. anise seed
1/4 c. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 c. vegetable oil

Dressing makes 1 quart.

Combine above ingredients with approximately 1 pint Dressing and toss thoroughly. Chill and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or more before serving. Serves approximately 8.
