CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
1 small pkg. cherry jello
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve jello, sugar and water together. Add cranberry sauce and chill until thick. Add celery, nuts and sour cream; mix. Chill in 8-inch square pan until firm.

This makes a beautiful and delicious holiday salad. It may be cut in squares and served on lettuce or just spoon it out.
