COCONUT CREAM SALAD 
1 box (3 3/4 oz.) Jello coconut cream instant pudding and pie filling (can use vanilla instant pudding and pie filling)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (9 or 10 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. or 1 c. coconut
1/2 c. or 1 c. nuts, any kind
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix coconut cream instant pudding with your can of crushed pineapple. Mix well. Add coconut, nuts and marshmallows. Then add cool whip, pour in dish or bowl. Let set in refrigerator. Can be used as a pie poured in a graham pie shell. Chill and serve.
