CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 c. Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
