BEST FRIED PORK CHOPS EVER 
These pork chops are quick and stay moist. This recipe can also also be used with skinless chicken.

2 to 4 pork chops (boneless preferred)
1 to 2 eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
grated Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
olive oil

Pat dry the pork chops. Season with salt and pepper and rub into both sides. Rub on grated Parmesan cheese to both sides.

Beat eggs in a bowl large enough to dip pork chops. Pour Italian bread crumbs into another bowl or deep plate.

Dip seasoned pork chops into eggs, then into bread crumbs, making sure all sides are covered.

Place into medium hot skillet with olive oil (1/8-inch deep). Cook on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side.

Serve with your favorite side, such as green beans. Enjoy!
