PRISSY PECANS 
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
2 tsp. instant coffee
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. water
Dash salt

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Boil over medium flame 3 minutes, stirring constantly. (All liquid should be gone.) Spread on wax paper. Use 2 forks and separate pecans as they cool.
