1 pkg. Jello (sm. size) - any flavor (for color) (orange is best)
2/3 c. water (hot)
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (including juice)
160 sm. marshmallows (little over 1 1/2 c.)
1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped)
Handful of chopped nuts (optional) (walnuts usually)

Dissolve Jello with hot water. Add rest of ingredients except nuts and cream. Let set until firm (about 1 hour). Add rest of ingredients when partly set (nuts and cream). Fold in. 1 1/2 quart mold.
