TACO TARTLETS 
MEAT SHELLS:

1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp. ice water

FILLING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. taco sauce
2 oz. chopped black olives
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

MEAT SHELLS: Combine all ingredients, mix well. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny muffin pan and set aside.

FILLING: Combine sour cream, taco sauce, olives, and 3/4 cup chips. Spoon filling into shells, mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese. Sprinkle over each meat shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with taco sauce. Yield: 32 tartlets.
