TACO TARTLETS | |
MEAT SHELLS: 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix 2 tbsp. ice water FILLING: 1 c. dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. red taco sauce 2 oz. chopped olives 1 c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips, divided 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese To make meat shells, combine all ingredients; mix well. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny tart pans and set aside. Combine sour cream, taco sauce, olives and 3/4 cup tortilla chips. Spoon filling into each shell mounding slightly. Combine remaining chips and cheese; sprinkle over each tartlet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Garnish with taco sauce. Yield: 32 tartlets. |
