BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 chicken- cooked, deboned, cut into chunks
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheese
buttered bread crumbs

Spread broccoli in bottom of greased 9 x 12 pan. Put chicken on top of broccoli. Next combine mayonnaise and chicken soup together and pour over chicken. Top with cheese and cover with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
