COUNTRY STYLE STEAK 
2 lbs. cubed steak
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes

Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat each piece of steak with mixture. Brown on both sides. Remove from pan and add flour to the drippings in the frying pan. Add beef bouillon cubes, stir until golden brown. Add enough water to make a thin gravy and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve with creamed potatoes, green vegetables, and hot biscuits.
