COUNTRY-STYLE STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cubed
3 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. flour (plain)

In heavy iron skillet, heat oil, mix salt, pepper and flour, load beef well and place in hot oil. Brown on both sides. Add 3/4 cup water; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
