COUNTRY STYLE STEAK 
2 lbs. tenderized round steak
Flour Salt and pepper
Sliced mushrooms
Oil

Cut round steak into 4 inch chunks. Roll in flour. Heat oil in sugar. Brown meat in about 1/4 inch oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover meat with water (about 2 cups). Add sliced mushrooms. Cover and simmer about 35 minutes. It makes its own gravy tastes great! Serves 4.
