CORNBREAD FITELLO 
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
16 1/2 oz. creamed corn
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Lightly butter 9"x13" pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, mix, pour into pan. Serves 10.
